I bought an AC on 21 jun. It was a defective. It took 16 days to replace. Now when I have got a new ac on 6 july it has not yet been installed. Customer care only says we understand your problem no effect after that. No follow up. Only I have to call. Bad experience and a mistake of buying your product.
