[Resolved] Voltas — Pathetic experience from voltas | |||
I purchased 1.4 ton AC from Amazon, the compressor stopped working after 1 year. After raising the complaint they took 8 visits to confirm its comoressor fault. Then they brought compressor for replacement and charged 4500/- for replacement. I asked for bill n standard charges. But no response. Service person's attitude is rude. If the compressor has warranty, why charge for replacement and gas filling. I called customer care to know the charges and policy of the company. She asked me to call the service guy only. Voltas has no transparency, they have left everything to the service guys, even if you give feed back rating also, no one cares. Please don't buy voltas ever Was this information helpful? | |||
