[Resolved] Voltas — pcb not working display sensor problem | |||
Warranty period me compnay ne mujhe ye part replace karke diya tha. Fir se mere ac ka pcb kharab ho gaya hai Company ke service man ne ac ko open kiya to Mere ac ka plastic lock todd diya hai Aur bolta hai kharcha aayega banane ko Jab maine 2017 me ac liya hai to Usme 2015 ka part kaise nikla hai Mere ghar me voltas ki 3 ac hai Ek dusri ac me bi problem aaya tha Compnay ne uska bi pcb change kiya tha Teeno ac same model ki hai Mujhe voltas product bilkul bi pasand nahi aaya... I hate voltas Mujhe mera pcb repair ya replace karke chahiye Tum logo ne warranty period me hi do saal pehle ka pcb lagaya hai jo juna hai Voltas ne bahut bada dokha kiya hai mere saath Was this information helpful? | |||

But show dhire dhire hoti hai
Jab tak warranty nikal jati hai
Fir bolte hai ki 400rs visiting charges do
Aur 1300 rs repairing charge do...
Jab product ka part warranty period me kharab hua hai to company ka kaam hai usko naya part replace karna
Old part 2015 mfg.date wapa laga ke gaye mere AC me aur warranty khatam hone ke baad problem aaya hai to bolte hai ki
Product warranty me nahi hai
Mai bi Computer Hardware engineer hu
Atleast warranty ke period me customers ko new part to replace karke dete hai
Jis se repeat complaint nahi aaye
