[Resolved] Voltas — poor after sales service for voltas ac | |||
We have bought a Split Ac in the month of May, We started to use it from 18/6/2019. It broke down on 12/6/2019. You can imagine the condition when you have purchase AC for your comfort and it broke down in the month of June when temperature i s 45 degree and above . We have raised the complain to the dealer from where we have purchased the AC. Technician came after two days but in vain, he could not repair and said someone from voltas will come to repair it. But not to our surprises, no one came . We went to the shop again to ask, again we have been promised engg will visit in the evening. Everyday it has been promised that engg will come but no one came. Today it is 6th day and the AC is still not working . what is the use of spending on AC when we have to get roasted in this heat. Pleas get it repaired immediately of provide a new AC for kindly provide us our money back . It is not even 2 months of purchase and it is breaking down as such Was this information helpful? | |||
