[Resolved] Voltas — Poor service and not attending in time

After service AC is not working properly even a month which shows that technicians are not doing their job properly. Due to which customer and company both suffered.

As voltas is a trusted brand in India, likewise we also trusted the volats and purchased 2 split ACs recently as per attached invoice, but out of which1 ac of 1.5 ton (VOLTAS AC 183 VCZQ 3 star inverter 1.5 T SPL 4552886A21GF07800) is not working and showing error in temperature and temperature is fluctuating automatically. We have done many complaints and so many follow ups from voltas customer care as well as Vijay sales from where we purchased this new AC. but no one is taking care of the same. We urgently need replacement of our new AC as it didn't work for a single day after installation.
