[Resolved]  Voltas — received scrap voltas 1.5ton 5 star ac

Problems when ac received as given below:
1.ac remote was broken
2.ac window was broken
3.ac was full of dark patches (Picture attached)
4. No accessory bag received as per mentioned in sticker attached in box (Picture attached)
5. No serial no mentioned in ac
6. When ac start for time some time it make sound
7.ac back side coil was suppress (Picture attached)
8. Acs on and off buttons sticker was fold (Picture attached)

On the above basis i want to change my ac bcz i was given new currency so that i have rights to claim new ac. I have attached all the pics and bills and video (Sales persons in new pankaj electronics) sad will change your ac but right now he deny
