[Resolved] Voltas — regarding delay in installation and not providing right information | |||
I purchased Voltas AC on 8.4.2019 at 12PM but till now it was not installed. When we call to voltas office he reply technician is coming but didn't provide proper response.I also call on helpline number their also we got no response. Service is very very poor. Proper response is not provided to customers. In such situation we are plan to return the AC which i had purchased due to very poor services in the initially phase.
