[Resolved] Voltas — Regarding taking DD

Iam residing at thirukadaiyur, nagapattinam dist., tamil nadu. On my complaint on my 1.5 t split ac purchased in april 2012, the mechanic said compressor is to be replaced on waaranty. For that he wants me to take a dd for rs.500/- on voltas ltd, coimbatore. I want to know on which bank & branch the dd is to be taken. Please clarify. N. Venkataraman.

It's disgraceful that Voltas AC are worst in condition. After compiling to customer care prblm is not resolved in 15 days also. Worst in working worst in servicing. It's better to close the company i[censored]r not able to give services properly
