[Resolved] Voltas — replace my product | |||
I recently buy a voltas deep freezer on 4th april 2018 from sunil refrigerations darya ganj delhi 06, and is in warranty. On 6th apr i noticed its not working properly so, i raised a complainant with voltas customer care. My complaint number is [protected] After investigation by the technical person he confirmed that the gas and one another part is faulty. He repaired but its still not working properly its just new buy iam not happy with this voltas product. My concern - as my deep freezer is new one and within the full one year warranty why are they not providing me a replacement. I need a replacement of my freezer Was this information helpful? | |||
