[Resolved] Voltas — ridiculous free servicing | |
First of all voltas is not calling to the customers to remind the free servicing in 1 year period, secondly after our booking servicing in toll free number voltas is sending the technician without any equipments (E. G. There is no meter of checking the gas with the technician). When i complained this to the service team they misbehaved and dropped the call. This is very ridiculous.
