[Resolved] Voltas — Service is not provided for Air Cooler in | |||||
I have bought a voltas cooler ve-d60 m[protected] from yes marketing, sasaram (Voltas dealer) on 09-may-2017.in a month i. E on 13-june-2017 its motor stopped working so we made a complaint (Request no: [protected]) to fix this issue as it is under warranty period. But its being 15days and no action has been taken from service center yet. I have called them couple of time to the given toll free no: [protected], but they are just saying "we have raised a complaint and we will fix it soon and no senior person is available to transfer the call". Voltas should understand that consumers buy product to use not to put in a corner. We are really disappointed with the response and service from voltas.
