I had requested for servicing my split AC on 6th Mar’23. The service was carried out and I was told that the PCB needs to be replaced. Till date I have been following up with the service provider and your helpdesk/escalation team.
Does is take 15 plus days to replace a faulty component. Mine is a 5-star rating AC and in the last 3 years, the gas has been refilled 4 times. Your service team is non-professional and couple of persons come and experiment on the AC during the servicing on each visit.
Last Saturday, after once again escalating to your technical team and informing that I will be taking up this issue with your top management and also post the details on the forum, the service person has taken the PCB of the outside unit and split AC along with AC remote for repairs, stating the part is not available.
Is this the standard of Voltas that you don’t even have the spares/parts available for a recent launched AC and you have to repair the defective PCB.
