I panchali dasgupta have purchased a voltas split ac - eu 183 ly - m on 11th june'17. This is in reference to complaint no: [protected] dated 13th oct'17 we have complained about the non functioning of our ac, technician visited our residence on 14 oct'17, but unable to provide any solution however the status of the case id shows : resolved, the same is yet to be resolved as on date. As such we have lodged another complain with reference no - [protected], dated - 16 oct'17 and technician reported on 19 th oct'17 after several reminders but remained unable to provide any solution. The technicians informed that we shall receive a call back from the company but till now we are yet to receive any update of the same. As such we are very much dissatisfied with the product and un professional service of your company. Kindly arrange to attend our complain with product replacement immediately on receipt of this communication. Please note that if any resolution is not provided within 3days of this communication, i shall be bound to approach consumer forum for proper resolution and compensation.
