I have purchased an a/c and informed the seller about free service but it neglected me and 1 year passed after reminder then also they didn't provided any service. The seller name is gemini electronics

I even personally made a reminder to the seller for service before completion of 1 year but still they are quiet. Making me to lodge a complaint.
