Dear Sir/Ma'am, I Sachin Kumar Mishra, Registered Mobile No.:- [protected], purchased a AC of 1.5 ton from Amazon.com 7 days ago and now my remote is not working. So I made a complain in Voltas Customer Care and my Service Request No. is [protected]. Yesterday when I made a query regarding the same, one of your employee in the call said that your request has been registered so kindly contact today for further details. So I made a call today at 5:10 PM on mobile number [protected] and one of your employee named Debu (i don't know whether he said his correct name) was talking very rudely and in an inappropriate manner with me. I know its a Lockdown Situation going on but there's still a way of saying that. Its my humble request to please look into the matter else I have to take further action. I live in Rishra, Hooghly, West Bengal, Pin- 712248 i have attached my AC Bill for authentication.
