Voltas — ved 60 m desert cooler

Unit purchased on 28.05.2018 from lucknow. It has not been working since 23.05.2018. I lodged first complaint with no [protected] which was serviced on 26.05.2018. Second with complaint no [protected] on 5 june and again on 6 june 2018. Still it is not cooling. Further there has been no response to my complaint lodged on 12 june with reminder on 13 june 2018. The service people just come and go without solving the problem saying that it’s working properly. It works for 2-3 hours after they leave and then again stops cooling. Kindly redress the complaint effectively
