[Resolved] Voltas — very poor service of complaint handling | |||
I purchase voltas ac for my office in feb 2019, voltas engineer install all four ac in feb and they are ok.in feb ac not required so we start them in march. When we start in march three ac not start only one ac work, i send complaint your engineer come and filled gas in two and change electronic part in one. From march to till date these three ac run 15 to 20 days and then again their is problem of coolling. Now from 20th july my one ac is not working your engineer vist four times first they told gas problem, second visit they told compressor problem, third vist they told electronic problem.
