[Resolved] Voltas — voltas 1.5 ton 3 star split-type air conditioner 183 pyt (r) | |||
Dear sir, My name is manisha baral. I am from sonarpur, kolkata, west bengal. I bought a three star voltas split-type wall mounted room air conditioner (Model: voltas 183 pyt (R), 1.5 ton and ac serial no: 4552019a17ea03099) from your dealer at 3652, garia main road, kolkata - 700084 called sales emporium (Garia) on 15/07/2017. But it is unfortunate to reveal that they have not done any of the two free services after that even though i am deserved two free services. Presently my ac is not funtioning well may be because of not cleaning the internal and external filters. When i called the dealer they told me that it is not possible for free service since the one year warranty period has been over. I know that your firm gives utmost importance to customer service and customers gives importance to mouth publicity rather than the advertisement given in print or visual media. Here i loose my privilege to get two free services because of the negligence of your dealer. So i request you to do the necessary to reinstate my privilege for two free services.
