[Resolved] Voltas — voltas 1.5 ton inverter ac | |||
I have purchased 1.5 ton ac from r. A. Electronics in vadodara in oct 2017. I am extremely annoyed and unhappy about this product quality and lousy customer service by your company authorized service center. Within a span of 1 year, i had to get the gas recharged and also pay for that and the same problem continues every 15 days / one month. Your service center person (Mr. Aadil) in baroda had promised that if there will be gas leakage now, he will pay me back the money. However since two weeks he is not lifting my and my spouse's phone. I never had such a bad experience with any other appliance company. I find this very pathetic response from voltas and will never ever by voltas product and not recommend anyone else as well.. Is there anybody to listen to the voice of customer or i go to consumer court nos??? Was this information helpful? | |||
