[Resolved] Voltas — voltas 1.5 ton split poor product and no response from company | |||
I bought this solit last year. It was with free fitting. Company officlas during fitting damage front panel. This came in notice in start of this season when officials came to do service. It was change after repeated follow up in month. Too our surprise our ac in 17 temp also not doing cooling. When i requested as this issue came after first free service. Now company is not listening as my free warranty expired. Its such poor quality that one season ac is not lasting. I even escalated in all emails and repeatedly after having 06 voltas ac at home. This is respect i got for company loyalty Mr ratan tata was also shared mail but without single response from any company official. I request consumers not to purchase voltas : go for other companies as its just on name of tata they are selling low quality chinese product. Was this information helpful? | |||
