Hello voltas, I would like to mention some of the complaints below since apr 11 2017: [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] logged on 13th june 17 [protected] logged on 17th june 17 I would like to mention here that whenever i call the call centre... They always say that there is no supervisor. I am told there should be no charge. I just got the gas filled on 22 april and i was told by the call centre that i need to pay approx rs. 1900 however i had to pay 2000 and i was told there was a warranty of 3 months however the gas leaked. I tried reaching[protected] within a month but nobody picked up... However i called up contact centre and they scheduled a technician and i was told to pay that i need to pay rs 400/- again. I am diverted by the service centre that i need to speak with gaurav gulathi than only they will work... After long discussions my ac was serviced... Now within 24 hrs it is showing error e2 on the display... I again logged a complaint and now i am told that i need to pay rs.400/- ever since i have purchased this ac i am facing issues. Not only this but also i am told that there is an issue in the area and acs start dis functioning. This is unacceptable. People at call centre are really pathetic... The first thing they say is that there would be a charge of 400/- everytime... Why ami being penalized for it when the service centre is not doing the right job The service centre shows on invoice that my ac is in warranty whereas it is out of warranty and than charges me on that... If it is shown that my acis in warranty than why i am charged... That clearly shows that i am being charged and the money charged from me is not sent to the voltas company (Invoice attached). I was not even given the... For which i called up the helpline... I was told that i will be sent the bill...
