[Resolved]  Voltas — voltas air conditioner 1.5 ton inverter 5 star split

Please see below my all the numerous complaints which i logged in voltas in between almost 1 year. I purchased this ac on dt. 23.04.2018 and i am using this ac as a second summer season.

I am very sorry to say that i am still facing issues with this ac… in this season 4-5 times we face problem…. Now two times gas has been leaked in the same. I logged complaint on dt. 11 sept 2019 but no action taken till now. Kindly find attached my previous complaint mails and below numerous complaint nos for your reference.

As you aware that summer is on peak and due to this frequent issues in this ac, my family got disturbed …. It is my humble request to you kindly lookinto this matter and resolve this frequent issue permanently, if possible may please arrange to replace this ac so that we will escape these regular problems.
