[Resolved] Voltas — voltas inverter ac split 123 vey, is a defective item with pcb frequently getting spoiled | |||
All the voltas inverter ac 123vey that we have bought have their pcb getting spoiled immediately after the warranty period is over. There after even after replacing the board, it keeps getting spoiled in a frequency of every 2 to 3 months. Adding to this the voltas franchise who come for service of ac during guarantee period replaced the pcb for 2 of our ac's (While it was working perfectly) saying that there is chance for the current pcb to get spoiled!! Thereafter these ac's have never worked more than 2 months. Which makes the intention of this replacement of pcb suspicious. This is definitely a defective item from voltas and voltas should compensate the customers for the inconvenience, agony, waste of time and expenses caused due to this.
