This is regarding the water leakage issue in my new brand split ac for which i have raised multiple complaints (More than 10 times) however not getting any proper response and permanent solution.

First of all sorry as i am escalating this email to entire group because i am not getting any proper response from voltas service center (Yash enterprises, noida) and even not getting permanent solution.

Before purchasing to this ac, i had full belief and trust on voltas brand but now i will not suggest to anyone to purchase any voltas product. Both the parties first from where i have purchased split ac (Voltas brand shop – ace technomark, gip mall noida) and second who is providing voltas service (Yash enterprises noida) are playing with voltas image and spoiling its image in market.

I had multiple discussions with both the parties but everyone giving excuse to avoid the situation and no one wants to give proper response. Even i have raised complaints to seniors in yash enterprises but did not get solution. Now i do not have any other option to escalate this issue to everyone in voltas as well as on social media as i am tagging the same email. Also i have some audio recordings where seniors were saying to their technician for do the fleeting work so that we should not raise any voice for replacement.

My personal request to everyone, please take this issue seriously. If required, i will go for legal action.

Below is the incident detail;

On 30th june we purchase split inverter ac from voltas brand shop – ace technomark from gip mall noida. The ac was delivered to us next day. We had asked for installation from the company only but they sent a guy from yash enterprises by name tanveer who installed the ac. At night only ac has started leaking. We complained on customer care number, once gain he came and did something and go. Till 12th day this yash enterprises and ace technomark kept on sending different technician and engineers. They opened our brand new ac’s panel more than 15 times with scratches on it.

Then we thought to raise a complaint at higher level than company sent a senior technician/engineer from direct service center of voltas (Dsc team). He came and saw that installation had many mistakes (Slope/fitting/direction/no taping for insulation) and on a same time he raised concern to yash enterprises. Ace technomark and yash enterprises had played with us for so many days.

Now again we are facing water leakage issue, again two technicians visited and did something however issue not resolved. When we are trying to connect with area manger or senior level, no one giving response. Mr. Manoj chouhan so called area service manager (Marked in this email) even after so many talks with him did not reacted to situation properly and showing complete negligence. Many technicians said him by calling before us that product is defective but did not take replacement issue seriously. It is our kind request to company please take appropriate immediate action for the long trouble faced by us.

subject: Issue of water leakage and new problem of sound from indoor unit

Hello,

This mail is to highlight about water leakage which is still going on slightly and re-installer cleverly fooled us by bending ac towards one side. A new problem of continuous loud hissing sound from ac indoor unit has started, which is very irritating.

Now we don't want any technician visit or service we just want REPLACEMENT any how, that too as soon as possible. Now this is high time and we are fed up till head. We are mentally tortured by VOLTAS and both the service providers (Yash and Sidhi Vinayak service centers) and can't handle anymore repairs on AC.

Just to clear this time even if any technician comes i will not even allow him to touch AC, as more than 15 times my AC was opened by technician. The only solution is replacement at any cost. If not done in time will go to consumer forum and put a complaint on VOLTAS, Service providers and Dealer.

In last, in simple words WE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS PRODUCT AT ALL DUE TO MULTIPLE ISSUES COMING CONTINUOUSLY AND NOT GETTING ANY PERMANENT SOLUTION. JUST TAKE YOUR PRODUCT BACK AND REPLACE IT.

Today one technician visited again and he has checked the AC. He has confirmed that, AC has major fault for Water leakage and Noise issue.
