[Resolved]  Voltas — voltas split ac 122 czg 1 ton 2 star

I have bought the ac on 02-june-2018 and from the day of installation i am having complaint about its cooling. The machine is not at all giving satisfactory cooling. Upon complaing at the customer service the person say that the machine is working proper however each and every day i have this issue of cooling. It is not at all satisfactory. I demand for replacement of the machine with other 1 ton machine. 1 ton machine is ideal for my room size. However i would also be comfortable if the machine could be replaced to other upgarded capacity (1.5 tone) machine. Kindly consider the matter at the earliest as even after repeated communication with our dealer still the matter has not been resolved and me and my family is facing serious issues with it.

I have still not received any update regarding my complaint. Kindly take up the matter at the earliest and arrange me for the replacement of the machine either of same capacity or upgraded (1.5 ton) capacity ( willing to pay additional amount).

Still I have not received any updates from the Voltas Team. It is taking more than the reasonable time and affecting the Customer Satisfaction.
