Voltas — Water cooler swing option is not replaced after technician visit | |||||
Dear sir, I wouldike to tell that i have made a complaint regarding my voltas desert cooler VN-D70E in Rs 12800 deted[protected]. After two day of purchase i got some problem in swing option and i complained on customer care no [protected] and a complaint no is [protected]. A technician came and put that swing part out from cooler which is defected and told to come after two days but after that. I have compliant again and again on phone but they didn't take me seriously . Now i would no option other than to complaint on consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||||
