[Resolved] Voltas — water leak from indoor unit - bad attitude and no resolution from technician | |||
I purchased this voltas ac split from flipkart on april 16 and installation was done on 19th of april. After the installation from jeeves there was water leakage and they did something to the pipe and fixed it. And the problem dint end there. The water started leaking from the indoor unit once in a while and used to call flipkat, jeeves and voltas to fix my issues. Yesterday (23 october 2018) mayur from voltas came to my address checked the device and said its because of the pipe, as soon as he fixed the pipe and left there was no water leak. After an hour or so. It started again. And i called him back he came checked again and said the tray has to be changed. And he said it will be done in a day or two. And i called them today to check the status. And i was informed it will take 5 to 6 days and the technician or anyone from voltas was able to give me a solution for this. This has been a hectic issue as its been there from last 7 months and they havent fixed any thing yet. First flipkart sent me a faulty product. And the people came for installation was dumb and stupid who dint know how to do their work and now from voltas. Please tell me what am i supposed to do?? Im in a situation where this has gone too far, and i am ready to take it to consumer court as no one is ready to take responsibility and fix my issue. And the product is still under warrenty.
