My name is ajit jaiswal .I have purchased voltas 1.5 ton ac on 2 september. model no. wac 183 DYA. i am v dissapointed with the product. it has been hardly used for a month. it is breaking down every now and then. sometimes its pcb is replaced or it is not cooling. i have registered my complaint several times. but evey time a new problem arises.today service man came and said the compressor is gone.Its really rediculous that a brand like voltas is facing new problems every now and then. its my request either you refund my money or replace this box with new ac. totally dissapointed. my mobile no is [protected].
