[Resolved]  Voltas — Worst behaviour by service executive

Thank you @myvoltas for good follow up. Finally received a call from Mr. Vinayaka Waskar (Area Manager). However the behaviour was same. For the first time when the service executive (Mr. Riyankhan) gave me a call, he asked me to provide a helmet and a face mask to attend the complaint. Which I denied to provide and said as a citizen of India and with the prevailing COVID situation its your responsibility to have a mask. Helmet is compulsory to ride a two wheeler as per traffic rules. On 23 Apr 21 Mr. Waskar called me to ask about the situation, later he also asked me to provide a helmet to attend the complaint. He also asked about feasible time to send Mr.Khan to attend the complaint. I asked him to send after 1700hrs. On 27 Apr 21 Mr. Khan called me at 1600hrs and said I will come now to do servicing, however you need to arrange me a helmet. I again denied to arrange helmet and asked him to come after 1700hrs so that I will be back from office. He denied to come after 1700hrs but he neither mentioned the same during our previous conversation nor the area manager. Later Mr.khan says you have to remind me at 1630hrs then if I'm free I will think to come. I asked him why should I remind you, its your duty to attend the complaint. At that moment he started arguing with me and said you're not the only customer of voltas, if you want the service you remind me or else you do whatever you can.
From 28 Apr 21 Karnataka govt announced complete lockdown for 14days.
* Helmet is compulsory to enter defence area.
How can you hire such kind of irresponsible, negligent service executive?
