Volyzan — Mont blanc pens

By an order no [protected]-1 of 6th January 2017, i ordered 2 mont blanc pens. later, one Mr. Virat called and spoke to me and assured that Volyzan only deals in original products and further assured that the pens i ordered would be original.
Since it was a COD, i was told that i will be able to view the products only after i pay for it. hesitantly, i agreed since Virat also assured that if i have any complaints abt it, the money would be returned.

any how, on 16th January, i received the pens. only after paying the delivery guy, i was given pens. after opened the packaging, my worst fears came true. both the pens were fake and in fact a extremely poor imitation of the original.

immediately, within 20 mins i informed the management, by email, and whats app along with photographs of the pens, that i wish to return the fake pens and get refund of my money.

at this i was told that i must get a certificate from Mont Blanc that these pens are fake and submit such certificate and only then they would consider replacing the pens, i suppose with fake pens again, and not return of my money

i am convinced that this website of Volzan and the company is just out to siphon money from innocent customers and and unscrupulous and prior to the sale made empty assurances which they have to intention of keeping.

This Mr. Virat, even after assuring that he'll call me back has not done so.

i am lawyer, it is extremely unfortunate that if for me to get my money back is so difficult, i wonder the difficulties common customers will be faced with.

i thinks steps should be taken for forthwith removal or blocking of this site and enquiries should be made against the management of volyzan and proceedings initiated for recovery of all the monies they have fooled innocent customers to part with for fake products.
