Verified Support Nov 23, 2016 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Dear Ravi Thakur, We are so sorry that the product you got is very different from the image on site. Request for the Return of your product has been raised on Nov 21st 2016. Kindly fill in your Bank Details in the form that has been sent through E-mail and submit it within 24 hours . The product will be collected from the given address within 3-4 working days. Subject to successful completion of Quality Check for the returned product, the amount will be refunded to your account within 7-10 working days.
