[Resolved] Voonik Tech — My order courier tracking details | |||
My order number with Voonik is R[protected]. I couldn't find any tracking details in app or website. Can you please send the courier partner name and tracking details. Update your app so that the customer can get the complete information about the order and the customer should be able to manage his order. Verified Support May 02, 2017 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Dear Yugandhar, Accept our sincere apologies for this unfortunate incident. We're forwarding this case to our Quality Check team who will take the necessary action right away. We notice that request for the Return of your product has been raised on May 1st. The product will be collected from the given address within 4 -5 working days. Subject to successful completion of Quality Check for the returned product, the amount will be refunded to your account within 7-10 working days.
