Order Confirmed: Your Voonik order R[protected] for "PENCIL WHITE SKIRT" worth Rs. 781 has been confirmed. The order is expected to be delivered by 28 Apr but still not received.they sent a msg saying amt would be refunded back since its delayed in processing. But amount not yet received

Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Hi Victoria,

We are sorry, that we had to cancel your order after keeping you on hold since Apr 21st. We were expecting fresh stocks of “PENCIL WHITE SKIRT[protected]” when we received your order. But unfortunately, the consignment is getting delayed, more than we expected.So we have cancelled the order. We have initiated refund on April 27th, kindly check in your Bank with the Reference id = 74332747118711707805934.
