[Resolved] Voonik Tech — Refund of amount of returned order | |||||
Hello, I am Neha and have ordered two dresses on 19th Jan"17 with reference order ID R[protected]. One was torn and other one was of very bad material so I returned on same day. At the time of order cancellation refund is only done by Voonik Credits and now when I am trying to buy some product and use credits, there is no options in payment segment. Verified Support Feb 22, 2017 Voonik Tech Customer Care's response Dear Pratihar, We have processed refund for the order R[protected] in Voonik credits on Jan 24th 2017.
