[Resolved]  Voonik Tech — Return Refund of my voonik credit to bank account

Following are my order details:

Product - urbane woman Black Crepe Jumpsuit
Order Number - R[protected]
Payment method : PREPAID
Product Ordered on: 23th March 2017
Product Delivered on: 25th March 2017
Initialed Return on: 25th March 2017
Reason for Return: Quality for the cloth was not good.
Received Voonik Credits on: 26th March 2017

I am not sure what I choose in the returning process Voonik Credits orPayment rollback, as far as remain I choose Payment rollback.

I have received the return in my Voonik credits, however I will like to have money credited back in my bank account.

Order Number - R[protected]
Payment method : PREPAID
Product Ordered on: 23th March 2017
Product Delivered on: 25th March 2017
Initiated Return on: 25th March 2017

For this one, as well I opted to get refund transferred in my bank account.

We had processed the refund in your Voonik credits on Mar 27th. If you wish to get the refund in bank account, please follow the procedure to transfer credits in bank:

Login in website/App > Go to My Order > Select the order for which refund is given in VC > Click on Transfer credits to Bank > Fill the bank details > Submit
Refund will be initiated within 24 hours and refund will reflect within 3-5 working days.
If in case you face any issue, then kindly write an e-mail to [protected]@voonik.com & we'll look into it.

Voonik is to disgusting because Voonik not pick up my phone and not received my order and not give me a refund please help.. Voonik... But I don't know how to changed order and get a refund...
