Today at 12.30 p. M, your delivery team boy visited my office for picking up the return item (Wrong item delivered; sandal instead of men's shoes). First he asked me to pack the item box then he contacted his team official over phone and refused to pick-up the item. I deeply regret the conduct Of the delivery boy who visited after 3 days.
