May 6, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved NOT RESOLVED !!! (the owner called and agreed to refund amount since it was a vedor based platform the device i selected was out of stock. hence after the two days the owner reverted back came to a solution) i had to mark this as resolved since i was told i would get a refund only i marked it resolved
However when i marked it resolved my account on vootak which was blocked had changed to refunding ...aftre 3 days there was no communication with so called prashant gandi and finally i was blocked. and it been more than 7 days i havnt got any refund
SO PLEASE MARK THIS AS NOT RESOLVED THE VOOTAK IS A BIG SCAM AND CHEATING PEOPLE..
I have approached the police abut as you know how police team work they said they will investigate and then file and FIR ..since a week they are investigating the same but no response from them either | |||||

Hi i have the same issue, did u pay the whole amount or only the deposit, and did they redund it back to ur account?

hi even i’ve faced the same issue. i paid 34999 and no response from the person
now its clear this is for sure fake company. they are not responding to anything even to court notice.

a mail from https://consumerhelpline.gov.in has been sent to [email protected] as initial notice to respond, and not sure that published address of Kolkata in their website is correct, because they said in whatsapp chat theirs is Gurgaon based startup, also some one has commented that address is also fake. Internet search about their website domain location pointed to Bangalore.
we should take help from cyber crime department.
they are operating with another fake website https://www.electroapple.com
iam also paid 75000 for 2 imacs, after no response, both neha and prashanth are praud persons 420 persons they cheated, after that i only request for block for websites and all.
