I have placed a order for unboxed macbook air with 1.8 ghz intel core i5 processor - 8 gb ram, 128 ssd, on 15th april, 2019. My order id is 9126, also i have made a complete payment of rs.34999 to avail the two year extended warranty which suggested by mr. Prashant gandhi vootak representative. Now its already 4 days and i have no update regarding the order and i am not getting any reply from your company and i also have droped the email to them regarding the issue. And when i try to track my order it says processing and it only shows i have paid rs 10000. But in reality i have made a complete payment.
It was promised that the item will get delivered in 2 days but still i haven't received the product.
