I have been a vovinet prepaid customer since the last 5 months. There has been not a single month which has passed by without any issues. The speed has been a regular problem along with non-availability of internet on minimum 3-4 days of every month. Every time I call customer service, they have their regular excuse that their cables have a problem and they are looking into it. If they give a time for fixing the issue, they never keep their word. Also, if they don't provide service why they charge for it, while if we don't pay on time there is a late fee and charge also. I am sick of it.

    Dear, I am sorrey to inform u that your net services has completely failed to provide regular net services to the customer of Brahma county The resons are best known to u. During this month i got net four or five days. Now i will have to take decision to continue it or not if such conditions prevails. thanks.

      This is a fraudulent company.They claim big numbers in terms of data speed and download limits but none of this is true. Forget about speed, you have to be lucky to even get their internet up and running. The service is down for weeks and the customer care is not even sorry, forget about giving explanation and assurance. However, they are very professional in submitting your advance cheques and charging you for the service. They never delay even for few hours. And once they loot you, they disappear. They claim download limit to be 50 GB for a 15 mbps plan, however the speed is not even an average 2 mbps for the entire day and you gotta be lucky if, once for a change, the speed spikes to somewhere around 10 mbps and then again down below 1 mbps. No matter even if I am traveling or using internet just for browsing, after two weeks I have by default exhausted the entire 50 GB data limit! Everything about them so far is hoax. They just don’t have the infrastructure and technical expertise to run this business. I have given them advace cheque for 3 months but they havent replied to any of my emails requesting for a refund. This is a mental harassment and companies like this must be banned to operate and cheat consumers.

          Hi, I had taken Vovinet around a month back and during this time the network has been down three times... every time more than 5 days..so i have been able to use the network only for a week. You call customer service and everytime they will say same things...it will be restore today... I would request everyone who is reading this post..please do not go for Vovinet and also tell your friends I had already paid for three months in adavnce..so i guess i have made a fool of myself.

            Hi Guys, Vovinet service is ridiculous in Pune. Recently i have taken the Vovinet connection in Pimple Saudagar, Roseland. It is down since 12-May-2014 till today. No one gives response. Support is very bad. Kindly dont take the connection in Pimple Saudagar. It is fraud To disconnect they ask me to write an email to them, I told them it is stupid to ask me to write an email when net is down. Regards, Shiva Shankar

            Hi,
            I stay in Pimple Saudagar, Ganeesham. I have taken Vovinet Internet connection around 15 days back and since a week now internet is down. Customer Care is totally ridiculous. I call them and everyday they tell me today it will be restored. I would suggest everyone who is looking for internet..not to opt for Vovinet.

            Vovinet service is ridiculous in Pune, i have taken the Vovinet connection in NIBM 100 MBPs speed plan but they were providing me 50 MBPS plan, No one gives response, Support is very very cheaply bad.
            Kindly dont take the connection in NIBM, It is fraud, it is totally stupid to take this connection.

              I too fell into the trap of Vovinet prepaid connection which promised a speed of 10 Mbps which is very erratic. Besides the sales person assured that the range would cover the entire flat which it hasn't. He had committed on providing boosters/range extenders in case I faced issues of coverage. I made numerous complaints in writing and on phone but there is no response. The concerned sales person doesn't take calls. Everyone be warned to keep a safe distance from this internet provider.

                Guys - be careful. My usage with another provider prior to Vovinet was around 5-8 GB in a month, very transparent. Then came Vovinet providing a better plan. After I started using Vovinet my usage is 20 GB in 3 weeks!! When I complained that this was surely not the case as the router they have installed is showing just 3 GB usage. I think it's just one way of cheating the customer out of his skin. Totally incorrect bandwidth calculation. Suggest do not use this service provider.

                Very true Vovinet is cheating customers.
                Their Customer care and network team both are ridiculous they never tell the right reason of down.
                Interesting thing is there is no SLA so nobody cares about the down time in Vovinet.

                Seriously they suck, I have been trying to get that connection for past two weeks but didnt happen, First they installed a faulty router than some they gave me about the servers not working then i used my router it worked fine for a day and stopped later even my router stopped working they said used the wired connection why on earth would i want to use a wired a connection?? But thankfully i paid by check so i had no problems stopping it now let them beg!!

                Never Think about this company. I had taken a prepaid connection, First 35-40 days it worked well. Since it worked for more than a month I made the advance payment for second month and I think that was my mistake. the connection went down and it is still down. It is almost more than 30 days and the connection is dead. I wrote multiple e-mails and made n number of calls. Nobody replied those mail, said that they are busy hence could not reply. Customer care had the same repetitive answer “there is a fibre cut”. Surprisingly and shamelessly they have called up also and asking for the payment for the next month.
                In short if you want to pay 3000/- for one month connection then you can think

                They started of fine for me I had a decent connection for about 5 to 6 months no probs with my data usage and speed, coming to the end of my 7 month package I kept experiencing problems like fibre cable cut and the central hub of your society is down. I said that is fine as long there is compensation for the lost time in Internet usage I have been trying their numbers continuously and the operator says this call cannot be connected and now I have written an email awaiting response...

                waste of money.. they promise high speed of 15 mbps in the plans... bot most of the times speed is very low.which is not even 1mbps
                I am using vovinet since couple of years and in the recent past, they have stopped post pay connections and only prepaid options available. I have paid for 4 months and now experiencing downtime on most of the weekends. They are not taking any responsibility of providing service consistently and they have no ETA and whenever we call them after long wait, they always extend time.
                I suggest not to use this company since there is no proper service and they enjoy with our n money.
                worst service. stay away from this cheat company. they ask for advance payment, and then provide internet connection which is down for consecutive 2 weeks. This is one of the most unreliable internet provider in pune area. I have to let my rs 2400 go in the drain as they wont refund it. Wise customers, keep away from this unprofessional company.
                I fully agree this is a cheating company I just installed based on their words and in 4 days the report says that I have used 18 GPs it is ridiculous don't go for this service WE MUST go to the consumer court otherwise these guys will take us for a ride

                I have been satisfied with Vovinet for more than a year now. I previously had the FUP 15mbps plan and to be quite honest it sucked. So after yelling at them for a number of days, they gave me a truly unlimited 10mbps plan. And i know its hard to believe but i haven't had a single day of downtime now. The speed is consistent as well, sometimes doubles itself. So believe me when i say that their Fiber Optics is good but i agree that their service sucks.

                FYI: Never take routers from them. Their routers are faulty. I quote this from the guy who came to install the D-Link DIR-605L router that i decided to buy for myself. Hope they support the new MI Router 3C, that thing is a beast.

                Vovinet is big cheat and their customer service is pathetic. Have got fed up with these cheats who inflate usage, provides worst connectivity and interested in cheating their customers. Be away from them.

                  Hi, I have a plan from Vovinet internet provider. The plan that I have opted promises 12 Mbps. The net speed has been down for the last 3 days. When I asked their customer support, they have been promising me that the problem will be resolved in the next 2 hours for the last 3 days, but there is no resolution till now. Mind you, mine is a prepaid connection. A complete loss for me for the 3 days of the month. I tried calling the head of the organisation, but he as expected, disconnected my call. Mind you he has my number, and had spoken to me to get an access to my society. This has been painful for the last few months on month ends as well, when the connection has been disconnected even though payments were done on time. Every time, I have been given the excuse of manual error, as their systems are still manual. Quite a pain I would say. Also, the services are not dependable. I switched from BSNL to this service only 6 months ago. I am on second thoughts whether I made a mistake. Need help in resolving this problem. Regards, Chandan

                  Very bad experience with vovinet internet connection.
                  I am using vovinet internet connection from last 2 months and the plan offered to me is 30 gb at 15 mbps in one month. On speedtest i am getting same speed but i cannot download single movie or software from torrent. Customer care and field engineers are giving so many wrong reasons for this problem. They said that they can not take gurantee for torrent download. There is no any option for refund for unsatisfactory service
