Facing the same problem as others getting blackmailing calls an messages, continuesly to pay or they i'll take legal action against me i got sacred further searching for this enterprise i came to know these fraud But they are disturbing me. Even though i completed their work on time making faults an forcing me to pay 4500 rs, rather have to deal with court an pay 1, 25000 for these. Next time he calls you, shout at him and tell him that you will expose him and he is not real. Tell him to send his enrolment number and bar status or else you will file a case against him. That is exactly what I did. You can write this to the fake advocate:
You first prove that you are actually an advocate. Email me your enrollment number/ license number and state bar along with your snap so that I can cross check your credentials. I won’t accept any intimation without your valid proof.
If you fail to produce evidence and if you are not and advocate, then I will prosecute you under Section 420, 467, 468, 109/120B.
I suppose if you an advocate you would know these sections. You would have to face dire consequences of the fake identity.
