DEAR SIR WAYBILL NO :[protected] DATE : 23.09.2014 FROM : DELHI NANGLOI TO : CHENNAI TPT (TN) INWARD ENTRY ON 01.10.2014 THE ABOVE PARCEL WAS NOT LOCATED AT YOUR DELIVERY GODOWN AND WE WERE KEPT WAITING FROM 12 NOON TILL 3 P.M. BUT STILL WE WERE NOT ABLE TO RECIEVE THE DELIVERY ON 7TH OF OCTOBER AND WERE TOLD TO LEAVE AS THEY WILL INFORM AS SOON THEY FIND THE PARCEL. THIS WAS A VERY URGENT CONSIGNMENT FOR US DUE TO WHICH WE HAVE FACED HUGE LOSS AND APPEAL TO THE TRANSPORT AHTORITIES TO COMPENSATE OUR LOSS.

we are from baby king world pondicherry we use to get regular parcel from delhi unfortunately a parcel arrived on 15th october under tracking id [protected] and found missing in vrl goodown villianur pondicherry please help me in sort out this problem
