VRL Logistics / VRL Group — 80 % material damaged

I have booked 27 box for latur from sangli with LR NO. [protected] on 9th july 2018. today (13th July 2018)the party received the goods. the goods were totally got wet and most of the box were came fully damaged and open. there was no shortage but the inside goods are damaged lot. the rice packets are totally damaged due to use of hooks.
no proper handling was done. plz take a note.

This is my LRNO : [protected] which are sent from Mumbai in the month of december-2017 this is reached at cuddlalore, Tamil Nadu, but agent not inform for a month but when many days passed he directly give a mail to my office that a debit of 50000 on my consignment.

I want to know without proper information how they are dealing with customers.
