VRL Logistics / VRL Group — lr. no [protected] not yet moved from delhi tpt for past 4 days

Address:38, Indira nagar, chithode., Erode, Tamil Nadu, 638102

Our lr. No [protected] is booked on 26-8-19, from okhla c to erode. Parcel is now at delhi tpt for past 4 days. They are telling hub is full so we can't move immediately. Please take some immediate action to move parcel quickly. There is no response from vrl side for the delay. How could i suppose to suffer because of their hub inefficient. This is really disgusting. If they won't take immediate action i will file complaints against them.

Our supplier Hi-tech Imaging, Kolkatta have booked 10 c/n of X-Ray Films to us vide GR No. [protected].
this material is being shown in Delhi on dt 26.08.2019 but we are unable to get this consignment till now.
We are not being informed about the exact date of delivery.
