Travel details Name : vaishnavi pisipati (Ph [protected]) Start point : 5.30pm (Lakdikapool) Expected reach time : 8.00 am (Margao) Original reach time: 9.00 am (Amidst no where, 60km from margao) Other than extremely rude driver whose reckless, irresponsible behaviour was at peaks, the bus broke down at a random place. All the passengers waited patiently for a couple of hours for the driver to call for some help from the travels. There was no way other than leaving that place, few of the passengers went to the nearby village to get some help and booked for private vehicles to reach our respective journeys which cost us as much as the bus ticket amount and reached the destination at 1.00pm. This is highly unacceptable behaviour and the kind of trauma the passengers went through was uncalled for. This situation could have been handled very perfectly. I would like to claim for a 100% refund of my ticket amount rs 1000 booked from redbus. Was this information helpful? | |||
