Vrl Packers & Movers — lost items and not responding team properly

We have paid insurance for the packers and movers from bangalore to guntur and we lost 3 items. We called to [protected] but they are criticising us. Is the way they talk to consumers. We asked to send our items but they ready to give half money. What's they think about themselves. It's been 20 days that we are calling and waiting still they are postponing. Waste service. Don't ever opt this service. I said that i will give complaint but they said go ahead no one will do anything. This is the way people are. Feeling bad for choosing this service
