VRL Travels — behaviour and driving etiquette

This mail is to address you about some issues that i and many other co-passengers have experienced.
1) driver didn't halt en-route for people to empty their bowels (Defecation).
There must be places addressed by agency to driver, to stop where people can do such things.
It could have been a problem if a passenger is having kidney problems/ or any other problem in general which needs to be emptied on time.
And even where would the ladies go if they feel the urgency for it.
2) driver was driving very rashly.
He didn't mind the speed breakers and the major potholes on road and just rammed through them. There were few instances in which people were about to be hit the top of their places.
Even he was taking very steep turns.
Now, what if something happens to old/ children or anyone in general.
If they get hit, get unconscious or even have major problem, who will take the responsibility? The management?
This point is very important and has to be considered on priority!
3) driver was rude while answering people's questions.
Kindly consider all the grievances mentioned and have a talk with the driver of the mentioned date journey and bus number.
Make sure that people trust and travel again with vrl services in future
