VRL Travels — complaint about the seat issue | |
Respected sir, When we travelled the vrl bus journey bus no. Is py01cg2373 boarding from miyapur to goa on 26/5/19 my child who is of 7 years. We are the regular customer of your travels. For goa we have have booked 10 tickets when coming to the issue of my child they said that sleeper coach no so you can adjust he said. So we did not take the ticket. But the bus cheque sir stopped and said that we should immediately take the ticket otherwise he will let the child to leave the bus. He was harassing us to pay the ticket otherwise we all 10 families to leave the bus. How can it be small children are there. We paid amount 1600 but he did not have the seat we adjusted how can it be with paying money you have not allotted the seat. They were two drivers you have to take the immediate action and give reply to us. If you all does not take the action i will say everybody that not to travel and refer to vrl travels. They were blackmailing the child small child he will not be scared if they blackmail him. We were forced to pay the amount still they did not give the receipt if we ask receipt they said to leave the 10 families from the bus. This is not the correct way for the travellers to embarrass. The bus is standing anywhere for repairing and the bus is already late, ...not at time ant not a good service, ..arey we paying money for such timepass things,
Call another bus immediately or else return aur money
