VRL Travels — parcel delivery

Crn no [protected]. Booked two bundles from Ahmedabad to rajapalayam. Only one bundle received on 5.2.19. office person reported it is our mistake and we all deliver second bundle to my station . But now they are telling if truck touches my line ( dhalavoipuram) only they will transfer goods. How long I have to wait. I cannot waste money for auto. You pls arrange for delivery.
