My daughter in law she is traveling alone to dandeli today 09/09/2019. The bus number 1455 arrival time diclared at 10.05 pm. Due to some reason bus got changed. She asked to announcer madival why the bus got changed? His reaction was soo rude n not given the proper ans to the lady. Madival rudely told us you are not supposed to ask anything bus got changed, if you want to know anything bus change you should call customer care. We asked him you also a customer care why can't you help us. His answer is i am not a customer care executive, l am just selling a ticket. Also we asked him atleast you should have informed through the sms alerts. Again his answer is contact customer care. Anybody how come to know that my alloted bus no. Routed to some other place. We generally asked all issues like not received the alert sms and all the problems. Fortunately his answer was soo rude n irrelevant. We just debate on this, immediately he started shouting us like anything. His behaviour is indirectly showing that why you booked a ticket through vrl. We stopped argument with madival, came to that dandeli bus got changed n come gorguntepalya at 11 pm. Bus came to gorguntepalya stop at 11 pm, the announcer madival didn't announc the bus, i asked him why are you not announced, his answer was agin rude, pleasey take action.
