VRL Travels — Ticket Cancellation | |
I booked ticket on may 18th may 2015 from Goa to Bangalore and date of journey was 20th may 2015, due to some family emergency I had to cancel the tickets so I cald goa helpline to get the number and they didnt had Ponda VRL agency number so they gave me Verna's number. I called them and asked for Ponda's number so they gave me one managers number [protected] and in the first instatnce he didnt pick my call so I called so many other agencies and finally they all suggested me to call this person (manager) and told him that I ned to cancel my ticket and I cannot go to margao as its far for me so he said dont worry you do one thing just call their office and he gave me the number [protected]/[protected], he will tell them to cancel the ticket so I called then and when I told them that I need to cancel the ticket they told me to visit Vishwakamal agency and just call them once they reach there and told us to carry ID proof so We carried Pan card as well as Voters card and they told us that we will cancel it from margao you dont have to go there and to collect refund I need to go margao and just carry ID proof so I was relieved and in the evening I got a confirmation message to my number stating that my bus number is 01/CF2308. I was shocked when I got the message as it was already 5 o'clcok in the evening so I called the same person [protected] and he was so casual and he is saying madam ticket is not cancelled and he is completely disagreeing for he had said earlier and he was just keeping my phone aside and I was holding the phone. He was not even talking to me, not even listening to what I am saying and it was more than half an hour and no solution. So I called customer care hubli and the person I spoke to was very rude and wascnot allowing me to talk and they dont have bit of patience to listen to my query so I told him to transfer the call to manager and the manager or the person incharge was even worst than him. He was so rude and he is continously telling its our mistake and he wasvtelling you should have scanned the documents and you would have sent it to margao office which was never told to us by anyone. There also I spoke to them for more than half an hour no use and finally my ticket didnt get cancelled and I lost 800 rupees. Its my hard earned money and this is what you did with that money. Such worst service, I have been travelling in Vrl bus from past four years I faced so many issues with Vrl but I never complained but now its heights and I have lost my patience this is how you are treating the loyal customers right???? Never again I want to use Vrl service as your service is so pathetic Dont be so proud that Vrl has reached to such a height has got a name and fame because now we have got so many options in market Vrl is not the only option and already so many people are complaining about Vrl. Think it takes years to earn a good name but it takes seconds to get vanished
